A new video for Enrique Julia and Duncan Kennedy – Circuit Training

I just finished a new videos for Enrique Julia and Duncan Kennedy – Circuit trainings.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. For example you might perform a set of squats followed by a set of upright rows followed by curls etc. Simply put there is no one “best” circuit workout. Like with all types of training, what is “best” will depend on the individual and their goals. I made 2 video: one with A former US National Team rower, Duncan Kennedy , and Personal Trainer, Enrique Julia.

Rowing like a dance

I just finished a new video for OMpower yoga studio and it’s about rowing. The idea was showing 4 OMpower’s rowing trainers together. And it’s amazing to see them rowing together as a single unit, like a perfectly tuned machine. And it looks so easy, like a dance like a ballet.
